Echelon Racing began in 2009 as a group of friends with a common love for the sport of cycling. Based in Tucson, AZ we strive for team unity by not limiting it to the desires of an individual. With a committee consisting of the original founding members, our goal is to incorporate each and every team member’s opinion into the decisions that are made for what has been determined to benefit the team as a whole.

Our motto, “The Power of Teamwork”, will be obvious and ever-present in everything we do. We will benefit the entire cycling community around the State of Arizona and wherever else we choose to race. We hope that we will influence team members as well as others to become more successful in the sport of cycling, as well as being a group that gives back to our community through many cycling sponsored events. We will lead by example and represent our sponsors to the best of our ability.
